FAN HEALTH PROMISE: The person entering AT&T Stadium and surrounding areas, (collectively, “Venue”), and any accompanying minors (collectively, “Entrant”) agrees that neither Entrant, nor anyone in Entrant’s party, will enter the Venue if any one or more of the following is true:

• Within the prior 14 days, Entrant has (or any person in Entrant’s party or with whom Entrant has close contact has) tested positive for, or been exposed to someone who has tested positive for, COVID-19;
• Within the prior 48 hours, Entrant has (or any person in Entrant’s party or with whom Entrant has close contact has) experienced symptoms of COVID-19 (e.g., a fever of 100.4°F or higher, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, chills, repeated shaking, muscle pain/achiness, headache, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, nasal congestion, runny nose, vomiting, diarrhea, fatigue or any other symptoms associated with COVID-19 identified by the CDC);
• Within the prior 14 days, Entrant has (or any person in Entrant’s party or with whom Entrant has close contact has) travelled to any state or international territory identified by federal or applicable local governments as being subject to travel or quarantine advisories due to COVID-19.

By entering the Venue for the specified event (the “Event”). Entrant agrees that their entry is subject to these terms and conditions (“Terms”), Entrant is deemed to have read the Terms and agreed to be bound by them. Failure to comply with any of these Terms shall result in forfeiture of access to the Event and shall entitle Cowboys Stadium, LP, Blue Star Operations Services, LLC and/or their affiliates and designee(s) (individually or collectively, “Management”) to pursue all legal remedies available. Admission may be refused or revoked, and Entrant may be ejected in the sole discretion of Management.

COMPLIANCE IS REQUIRED: Entrant must comply with all Management’s and the Venue’s policies, including without limitation any security and fan conduct policies, health and safety protocols, policies and assessments, and any applicable bag policies. Entrant and Entrant’s belongings may be searched or assessed prior to or upon entry into the Venue. Prohibited items may be confiscated and/or Entrant may be denied admission or have his or her admission revoked at any time at the sole discretion of Management. Entrant consents to such searches and assessments and waives all claims relating to them. Management reserves the right to deny admission to or eject any person who Management, in its sole discretion, determines poses a risk to the health and safety of other attendees and/or whose conduct violates these Terms, any applicable code of conduct.

GRANT OF RIGHTS: Entrant grants irrevocable permission to Management and their respective sponsors, licensees, advertisers, designees and agents to use, publish, distribute, edit, modify and/or alter Entrant’s image, likeness, voice, actions and statements in any medium including, without limitation, any audio, video, film, photographs, social media, exhibition, publication or reproduction of the Event for any purpose, including any television shows or documentaries, without further authorization or compensation, and waives all claims and potential claims relating to such use unless prohibited by law.

ENTRANT VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISKS, HAZARDS AND DANGERS incident to the Event and related events, including the risk of personal injury (including death), the risk of exposure to communicable diseases, viruses, bacteria or illnesses or the causes thereof, sickness, or lost, stolen or damaged property, whether occurring before, during, or after the Event, however caused and whether inside or outside of the Venue, and hereby waives all claims and potential claims relating to such risks, hazards and dangers. ENTRANT FURTHER AGREES TO NOT SUE, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS MANAGEMENT, DALLAS COWBOYS FOOTBALL CLUB, LTD., NATIONAL FOOTBALL LEAGUE, THE OPERATING ENTITIES FOR AT&T STADIUM, AND EACH OF THE FORGOING ENTITIES’ DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OWNERS, JOINT VENTURERS, PARTNERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, MEMBERS, VOLUNTEERS, AND CORPORATE SPONSORS BOTH AS ORGANIZATIONS AND EACH PERSON INDIVIDUALLY (COLLECTIVELY, THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) FROM AND AGAINST ALL LIABILITY, LOSS, DAMAGE OR EXPENSE RESULTING FROM OR ARISING OUT OF ENTRANT’S PRESENCE AT THE VENUE, EVEN TO THE EXTENT THAT SUCH LIABILITY, LOSS, DAMAGE OR EXPENSE ARISES OUT OF THE NEGLIGENT, WILLFUL OR INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT OF THE RELEASED PARTIES, OR ANY OTHER INDEMNIFIED PARTY. THE RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PROPERTY. IN ADDITION, ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ANY AND ALL RIGHTS OF RECOVERY, CLAIMS, ACTIONS OR CAUSES OF ACTION AGAINST THE RELEASED PARTIES, FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE WHICH IS INSURED AGAINST (OR WHICH IS REQUIRED HEREUNDER TO BE INSURED AGAINST), REGARDLESS OF CAUSE OR ORIGIN, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES, AND ENTRANT COVENANTS THAT NO INSURER SHALL HOLD ANY RIGHT OF SUBROGATION AGAINST THE RELEASED PARTIES. AN INHERENT RISK OF EXPOSURE TO COVID-19 EXISTS IN ANY PUBLIC PLACE WHERE PEOPLE ARE PRESENT. COVID-19 IS AN EXTREMELY CONTAGIOUS DISEASE THAT CAN LEAD TO SEVERE ILLNESS AND DEATH. ACCORDING TO THE CENTERS FOR DISEASE CONTROL AND PREVENTION (“CDC”), SENIOR CITIZENS AND THOSE WITH UNDERLYING MEDICAL CONDITIONS ARE ESPECIALLY VULNERABLE.

BY ENTERING THE VENUE, ENTRANT VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISKS RELATED TO EXPOSURE TO COVID-19.
